• Keeping pace with cyber-security and information governance law
• is there external funding to support this activity as research
• can we steal a march on our competitors

Internal

• Doing more with less
• Getting rid of data we don't need

Some questions

• Is your organisational structure and infrastructure flexible enough to cope with new roles
• Do you have internal capacity to provide Training and/or retain specialist staff
• What are the effective limits of collaboration for your organisation? Where are you on the collaboration continuum
