I appreciate the comments and work done here - and I agree that the placement of the functional entities could help in the function overview. however I am concerned about having Preservation Planning below, as this could logically indicate that Preservation Planning is not really integrated with the rest.
As mentioned other places I think it is important to re-introduce the colours.
Furthermore, I think it would be a good idea to use different symbols for Funtional entities and functions. My suggetsion here is to use eight-angled boxes for funtional entities, which would result in the below figure (for time reasons this reflects the original placementb of functional entities).
