Background and context should not be the umbrella heading for Understand the collection, Institutional readiness and Stakeholder analysis. These four sections do all fall within the 'information gathering' stage of writing the business case, so could perhaps be grouped under a separate heading of 'Description of context' (or something along those lines). We could create a page for this with links to and brief explanations for each of the information gathering stages. Background and context could be retitled 'External context' (the other pages are also concerned with contextual information, but this is mostly internal.
Understanding your collection
There is potentially some overlap between this section and Background and context and Stakeholder analysis pages. The amount of information practitioners will need to gather about their collections will depend on the focus of their business case. If they are focused on the preservation of a single collection, they may well need to provide information about, for example, the legal issues specific to that collection. If their business case is for organisation-wide digital preservation action, this information might already have been gathered as part of the Background and context or Institutional readiness stages.
