Background and context could be retitled 'External context' (the other pages are also concerned with contextual information, but this is mostly internal.

There is potentially some overlap between this section and Background and context and Stakeholder analysis pages. The amount of information practitioners will need to gather about their collections will depend on the focus of their business case. If they are concentrating on a single collection, the may well need to
