• Overlaps a lot with 'risks'. Perhaps should focus more on calculating the cost of DP, need to address whole lifecycle.
• Could include ways to offset the cost of DP e.g. increase in digital collections v. pysical collections results in reduction in storage costs which can be channelled into DP.
• Chapter should help people look at ways to identify costs or outline cost paramenters for different business cases e.g. for a new repository system (will need staff, hardware, licences), parameters change if inhouse solution, 3rds party etc.
